CRANBERRY MOJITO
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ lime, quartered + some to garnish
- 6-7 mint leaves + some to garnish
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 oz light rum or vodka
- 2½ oz cranberry juice
- Ice
- 2-3 oz tonic water
DIRECTIONS:
- Place lime wedges and mint in the bottom of a glass. Add sugar.
- Muddle (mush) the limes and mint together (about 6 to 8 twists).
- Add rum or vodka, and cranberry juice.
- Fill glass with ice. Top off with tonic water. Give it a stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
ORANGE MINT COOLER
INGREDIENTS:
- 1½ oz Tequila
- ¾ oz Orange Liqueur
- 2 oz orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 6 large mint leaves
- 2 oz club soda
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except the soda water into a shaker tin.
- Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a large sprig of mint.
ORANGE BLOSSOM
INGREDENTS:
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz orange juice
- orange slice
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour all of your ingredients over plenty of ice, into your glass.
- Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange peel.
- You could also swap the orange juice for mango juice for a sweeter alternative!

WHITE WINE SPRITZER
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ glass chilled white wine
- ¼ glass chilled club soda
- raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill a wine glass halfway with the very chilled wine … the glass should frost … that’s when you know your wine’s cold enough. Splash in the club soda until the glass is three-quarters full.
- Then take a slice of lime and put it on the rim of the glass.
- You can also use ginger ale or lemon lime soda instead of club soda
TIP: Wine should be very cold, keep it refrigerated until you are ready to make this cocktail.
VODKA MINT LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 12 fluid ounces vodka
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- crushed ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine chopped mint and sugar in a large bowl. Stir in vodka and lemon juice.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Strain lemonade into a pitcher. Fill glasses with crushed ice; pour lemonade over.
