SPIKED PUMPKIN MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz. Spiced Rum
  • ⅓ cup pure pumpkin
  • ⅓ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp caramel, cinnamon or pumpkin spice, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender or smoothie maker combine rum, pumpkin, and ice cream. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour into a glass of choice and garnish with caramel, cinnamon, or pumpkin spice.

TIPS: Try Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur; Chocolate Ice Cream or for a garnish, use whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce on top

BOOZY APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 med apple (such as Gala or Fuji), chopped
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk (can use almond milk)
  • 3 tbsp quick cook oats
  • 1 tbsp toasted chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of ground Nutmeg & Allspice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1-2 ozs bourbon, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients but the bourbon to the blender and blend to combine. Add the bourbon and blend for a few seconds, just until incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

TOASTED PECAN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup toasted pecan pieces, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup rum
  • 2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh grated nutmeg, to taste
