Tropical Sunrise Cocktail
- 2 oz rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz each pineapple and orange juice
- ½ oz blue curacao
- 1 oz cream of coconut
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine rums, pineapple orange juice, and cream of coconut.
Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
Slowly drizzle the blue curacao down the side of the glass.
It will settle at the bottom causing a beautiful layered look.
