RIB RUB INGREDIENTS:
1 full rack of ribs
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Garlic
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Ground Mustard
¼ tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Chicken Soup Base
RIB RUB COOKING (1 full rack of ribs):
Mix ingredients together.
Sprinkle onto both sides of the ribs;
rub in so spice mix sticks to the meat.
Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for
4-24 hrs (24 hrs for max flavour).
Place ribs into shallow baking pan and
add ½ inch of water into the pan.
Cover pan with foil.
Cook for 2 hrs @ 350 degrees.
FINISH COOKING ON BBQ
3 mins bone side down, flip over and cook for 2 mins or to desired crispness.
