STRAWBERRY CUCUMBER LIMEADE
Servings: 1 large pitcher | Prep Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ice
- ½ cup sweetener (agave or honey)
- 1 litre sparkling water or club soda
- lime wedges, fresh mint and strawberries for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- In a blender, blend the strawberries until smooth. Pass the puree through a sieve and collect strawberry liquid in a medium bowl.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together the water, sugar and lime juice until sugar dissolves.
- Add in the strawberry mixture, cucumbers, ice and sweetener. Top with sparkling water or club soda. Mix well and sweeten to taste.
GRAPEFRUIT PEACH SANGRIA
Servings: 5-6
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 grapefruit, juiced
- 1 grapefruit, sliced
- 4 peaches, sliced
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 bottle white wine of choice
- 1 cup seltzer
DIRECTIONS:
- Juice 1 whole grapefruit into a large pitcher.
- Place the rest of the sliced fruit into the pitcher: grapefruit, peaches, lemons, limes, and fresh mint. Pour in 1 bottle of white wine and 1 cup of seltzer.
- Stir and enjoy!
CITRUS PICNIC PUNCH
This picnic punch comes together in minutes and sits for a few hours before it’s ready to enjoy!
Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Refrigeration: 2 hrs
INGREDIENTS:
- 10ozs fresh orange juice (3 oranges)
- 2ozs fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 4ozs vodka
- 6 large basil leaves
- 2 sprigs mint
- crushed ice
- orange slices and herb leaves for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and vodka to a quart jar with a lid. Stir well. Add the basil leaves and mint sprigs, tearing a few as you toss them in. Seal the jar. Shake and place in the fridge for about 2 hours, until chilled. Shake once or twice as it chills.
- To serve, fill glasses with crushed ice. Strain in the cocktail and garnish with orange slices and herbs.
SPARKLING LEMONADE

Wonderfully sweet, tangy, refreshing and bubbly.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 lb strawberries, hulled
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups sparkling water
DIRECTIONS:
- Simple syrup: combine sugar and ½ cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved, about 2-3 minutes; let cool.
- Put strawberries in a food processor and process until smooth, about 1-2 minutes; strain through a cheesecloth or fine sieve.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together strawberry puree, lemon juice and simple syrup. Place in the refrigerator until chilled. Serve over ice and sparkling water.
