Celebrating 10 years in business is quite a milestone. While this lovely store in Arthur, ON always had many products and services to offer, as they reached their 10 year anniversary, owner Paula Coffey figured out a way to make it even better!
Expanding her existing space into the back portion of the building was a big undertaking as well as an exciting vision, but one that has now come to fruition and it’s been well worth the wait.
Simply put, it’s just beautiful. Paula is a very talented designer, and her talent shines through in her featured projects, bathroom and kitchen renovations, as well as her choices of decorative and accessory options, and so the reconfigured retail space and the new design centre are no different. As you walk through the front door of The Plumber’s Wife, you really know you’re somewhere special. Paula and her team spend hours choosing and displaying everything you could possibly need when it comes to accessorizing your home. Unique, stylish, and pretty are what you’ll find in this retail space, and more often than not, if you can’t find it, Paula and her team certainly can!
The new design centre takes the planning stage of your renovation to a whole new level. The space and layout of the centre matches the elegance of the retail store, providing numerous options to see, touch, and use the products. This will make your choices become easy, accessible, and vast, and ready to accommodate almost every taste and budget.
Here are just a few of the design centre features that will make you want to see it for yourself:
These days, there are many, many options when it comes to items like shower doors, toilets, and bathroom accessories. In the new showroom, Paula has incorporated specific areas that help make the decision-making much easier.
The shower door display is cleverly arranged so that a customer can not only see the doors, but also swing or roll them open, depending on the design. The customer can actually see what it would be like to access the door, and see how it will function when installed.
The same goes with the shower head display. This display is plumbed-in to work with running water, so once again the client can see and feel important things like water pressure and flow.
Toilets! Who knew that the words “technology” and “toilets” would ever be used in the same sentence? In this new design space, the toilets are all lined up so that the consumer can get a full view of the options, many customizable to the specific needs of the design and the user. Accessibility, height, width, and space requirements are key to this type of product, and the design team can show the customer several choices when it comes to not only these elements, but also some of the “nice-to-haves”, such as seat heaters, and wall-mounted flushing technology.
Another important element that a client may be concerned with, is safety in their bathroom. The design centre now has a dedicated area where almost every bathroom safety product you could need or want is displayed right in front of you, so that these types of concerns can be addressed.
The products and features chosen by Paula and her design team, cleverly displayed throughout the design centre, strive to create a perfect match between practical and beautiful, and this approach certainly shows in the new space. Whether it’s the kitchen or bathroom sinks, the stunning vanities, stylish faucets, functional shower stalls, or funky plush towels and just about every other beautiful accessory you need – or didn’t even know you needed – this beautiful design centre is a must-see before starting your next project!
The Plumber’s Wife, in Arthur, ON, has the team, the service, the products, and now the design centre, to help make your kitchen and bath dreams come true!
