SANTA’S SECRECT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup vodka
  • ½ cup orange liqueur
  • ½ cup cherry juice
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice, freshly, no pulp
  • cranberries
  • rosemary sprigs to garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.

Pour into a martini glass.

Add cranberries and a rosemary sprig to four martini glasses.


MISTLETOE MARGARITAS

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup cranberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 12 oz tequila
  • 8 oz triple sec
  • ¾ cup lime juice
  • 6 cups ice

DIRECTIONS:

In a medium bowl, toss cranberries with ¼ cup lime juice. Drain out lime juice, then toss with 2 tbsp sugar. Pour onto a baking sheet to dry.

Combine remaining sugar with salt on a shallow plate and mix to combine. Using the lime wedge, wet the rim of each glass, then dip in sugar salt mixture. Combine cranberry juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice in a large blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint and a couple sugared cranberries.


FIRESIDE BOURBON

INGREDIENTS:

CINNAMON ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP:

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup  water
  • 6 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

FOR THE COCKTAIL:

  • 4 tsp cinnamon rosemary simple syrup
  • 3 dashes angostura bitters
  • 2 ozs bourbon
  • 1 orange peel
  • rosemary sprig for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine honey, water, rosemary sprigs, and cinnamon sticks over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until honey has dissolved into water. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Once cool, remove rosemary and cinnamon sticks.

When ready to make cocktail, add 4 tsp of cinnamon rosemary simple syrup and 3 dashes of bitters to an Old Fashioned glass. Swirl syrup and bitters around in glass. Add bourbon, ice, orange peel, and stir. Store extra simple syrup in airtight container in refrigerator.


MERRY CHERRY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cherry
  • ½ oz maraschino liqueur
  • Sparkling wine

Drop cherry into champagne flute. Top with maraschino liqueur, then sparkling wine.


WINTER ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30ml freshly brewed espresso
  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml Baileys

DIRECTIONS:

Freeze the espresso in an ice cube tray until frozen solid. Pour the vodka and baileys into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir together for about 1 min then strain into a tumbler. Put 4-5 coffee ice cubes into the drink to serve.
