Festive Favourites – Drinks

Winter Wonderland


  • 2 oz rumchata
  • 1 oz grenadine

Garnished with candy cane or cinnamon stick

Sparkling Mistletoe


  • 2 tsp honey
  •  (slightly melted)
  • 1 shot lemon cordial
  • 1 shot gin
  • 1 cup tonic water
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Combine the honey and lemon cordial

together. Pour mixture over ice.

Add a shot of gin and top with tonic water.

Stir gently.

Jack Frost


  • 1 ½ ozs vodka
  • 1 ½ ozs blue curacao
  • 1 ½ ozs sambuca
  • ½ oz cream


Fill a shot glass with ice and add vodka.

Float the blue curacao slowly on top, trying

to minimize the mixing of the liquids. Float the sambuca on top in the same manner.

Float the cream on the very top using the back of a bar spoon.

The Grinch


  • 3 oz peach schnapps
  • 3 oz Bacardi 151 rum
  • 12 oz orange juice
  • 4 oz Sprite soda
  • 3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Santa’s Helper


  • 3 pinches celery salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  •  lime wedge
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 dashes hot sauce
  •  Clamato juice
  •  lime, shrimp, radish (garnish)


Combine celery salt and pepper on a small plate. Rub the rim of a pint glass with the lime wedge and then dip it in the mix to coat. Fill the rimmed glass with ice, then add vodka, Worcestershire and hot sauce, and top with Clamato. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass, and stir to combine. Add the garnishes, & serve.
