- 3 cups Cocoa powder
- 6 cups Sugar
- 1 ½ cups Vegetable oil
- 12 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 6 cups All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
Combine cocoa powder, sugar & oil, mix together on low speed for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth and sticky.
Combine dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture. Mix on low speed until completely combined.
Place mixture in a bowl, cover and chill in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Scoop dough into balls and roll in sifted icing sugar.
Place on tray 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees farenheit.
